Pop Books
I coined this word "Pop Books", for no-brainer reads, something akin to watching David Dhawan movies, just leave your brain behind while reading it. Matthew Reilly is one of the more famous practitoners of this art. I have been following his "Scarecrow" series for some time , Ice Station, Contest, Area 7 & now Scarecrow, the non-stop action in them will put any Rambo movie to shame. Its a wonder that no movie has been made on it yet, maybe filmakers get scared at the amount of action that needs to be filmed!!

The "DaVinci Code" was such a letdown, I am almost tempted to put Dan Brown in that category too.
